Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Owaa AI service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Owaa provides real-time bilingual voice translation across the public telephone network and an authorized AI Phone Agent that can place outbound calls on your behalf. The hotline, web-to-phone calls, Translate Mode, Talk with AI, and the AI Phone Agent are generally available. API access and team plans are not yet generally available.

3. Billing

Use is pay-as-you-go with pre-purchased credits. Credits never expire and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. A minimum balance covering five minutes at the destination rate is required before a call can be placed.

Calls are billed in 30-second increments, rounded up to the next full minute at end of call. Rates are per destination country and are shown on the Pricing page before you dial.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to place calls to emergency services, short codes, premium-rate numbers, or for unlawful purposes including harassment, fraud, or telemarketing without consent. Owaa blocks recognized emergency numbers worldwide.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
