1. Data we collect
Account data: email, hashed password, and optional linked phone numbers used for authentication and account ownership.
Call data: origin and destination phone numbers, call start and end times, duration, rate, and credit deduction amount.
Transcripts: real-time transcripts of your calls are stored for 30 days so you can review your conversation history. You can delete them from the History page.
Recordings: short per-leg audio segments may be recorded for service quality analysis. These are encrypted at rest and are not shared externally.
2. How we use data
To deliver the service (place calls, translate speech, render your usage history).
To prevent abuse (fraud, emergency-number blocking, anti-abuse enforcement on trial and top-up flows).
To improve translation quality via aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
3. Sharing
We use trusted processors to deliver calls and run translation: Twilio (telephony), Google Cloud (speech recognition and text translation), Stripe (payments). We never sell your data.
4. Retention
Transcripts: 30 days from call end. Call metadata: retained for billing audit. Account data: retained while your account is active.
When you delete your account, account data and transcripts are purged within 30 days. Billing records are retained only as required by law.
5. Your rights
